Privacy Policy

Leftagraph is run by Keraunos Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). We collect as little as we can to run the Service.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you sign in. It's your account identity and where sign-in links are sent; during a Pro free trial, the reminders that the trial is ending; and, if you follow companies, an email when one of them files a report.
• Companies you follow — only if you use the watchlist: which companies you follow and when you followed each, the latest report we've told you about, and whether filing emails are on. Unfollowing a company deletes its entry.
• Subscription details — if you buy Pro: your Stripe customer ID, plan (monthly or yearly), status and renewal date. We never see or store your card number; Stripe handles payment details.
• Sign-in links — stored only as a one-way scrambled (hashed) value, deleted once used and expired after 15 minutes.
• Technical logs — our hosting provider records routine request data (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps). Our logs also record account events (such as signing in or following a company) and errors, which can include your email address. We use these only to keep the Service running and secure.
• Usage totals — anonymous daily counts, such as how many times a company's chart was opened, and which websites visitors arrived from (the site's name only, such as news.ycombinator.com). They contain no personal information and aren't linked to you.

Searching a company or using the charts doesn't require an account.

Cookies

We set one cookie, lg_session, only after you sign in. It keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who helps us run the Service

We share the minimum needed with these providers, only to run the Service:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database, security and logs.
• Resend — sends sign-in emails, free-trial reminders and filing emails (receives your email address and, for filing emails, the names of the companies that filed).
• Stripe — payments and subscription management (Pro only).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. If the business is ever sold or merged, account information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account exists. Stripe keeps billing records as required by tax and accounting law. Logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted by our hosting provider.

Your choices

Turn filing emails off any time with the switch on your watchlist, or with the link at the bottom of each one. Email contact@keraunosenterprises.com from your account's address to get a copy of your information or to delete your account. Cancel Pro before asking for deletion; billing records Stripe must keep for legal reasons are kept.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), sign-in links are single-use and stored hashed, and sessions are signed so they can't be forged. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold small on purpose.

Audience

Leftagraph is for adults 18+. Not directed to children; we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13, and we'll delete it if we learn we have.

Where data is processed

We're based in the United States. Our providers may process data in the US and other countries.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and we'll email signed-in users about material changes before they apply.
