About Leftagraph
Search a US company and see its financial statements as one clean chart — revenue, profit, cash, debt and more, straight from its SEC filings.
Why it exists
Read an article about a stock, then check the story in a few seconds: is it profitable, is the profit growing, and can it cover its debt? Leftagraph puts those answers on one screen without spreadsheets or paywalled terminals.
Where the data comes from
- Financial statements come from the SEC's public EDGAR database (XBRL company facts), as filed by each company.
- Share prices (Pro) are the last trade on the IEX exchange each trading day, shown a day later. They are not official closing prices and can differ slightly from them. Data provided for free by IEX. By accessing or using IEX Historical Data, you agree to the IEX Historical Data Terms of Use. Stock splits are worked out from each company's own filings, so a very recent split can show as a sudden jump until the company's next report.
- Some figures (like net cash or free cash flow) are calculated by Leftagraph from those filings, and are marked as calculated wherever they appear. How the numbers are calculated has every formula and how we check them.
- Companies sometimes file late, restate numbers, or tag them inconsistently, so a figure can be missing or differ from other sources.
Not investment advice. Leftagraph is an information tool. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Check important numbers against the original filings before relying on them.
Free and Pro
Charting a company's financial statements is free, and with a free account you can follow 3 companies and get an email when they file a report. Pro adds the analysis layer — the stock screener, key ratios, quarterly numbers, full history, data downloads and a bigger watchlist. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel any time. See Pricing for what each plan includes.
Who runs it
Leftagraph is a product of Keraunos Enterprises LLC, a Washington limited liability company.
